good diet, but I will add mackere/chia seeds to balance omega 3-6 and coconut oil + carrot for better hair/skin texture + some cheese to eggs beacuse I love it :)

just do warrior diet (20:4 intermittent fasting), low carb high protein/fat

Hopefully fish oil, vit D, Glucosamine, MSM, ashwagandha mitigates the inflammation.


But peanut butter still less inflammable than fast foods, chips, pasta, beard.
