I am drinking a strong beer, 500ml 14% alcohol. That is 7 units of alcohol. Binge drinking is drinking 5 or more units of alcohol in 2 hours. I am therefore binge drinking and that could give me serious health consequences.

It is over for alcoholics.

Over for my liver, brain and heart.

I would not cope with alcohol if I was Chad. If the state wants to help me, it should pay for my plastic surgeries.

an evening drinking is 100x less stressfull on the body than a gym session
going out, vibing with others,, laughing and sharing energy

vs

wasting energy lifting weights to failure and limping out the gym defeated and stressed adrenals

its amazing how brainwashed people can get
