I am in a massive body dilemma. Need help!

In 2022 I had a perfect ripped body.
Then the whole 2023 I was workcelling like a slave and lost control over regular gym sessions and calorie tracking.

I went from 71kg (178cm) but ripped and muscular to 72kg and a fluffy belly with way less muscles.
Now my major question is: bulk or diet??
And no I cant use trt since I just got control over my hairloss with Finasteride.

all u need to do is leanmaxx, face, height and frame is all that matters anyways.

You can use TRT with finasteride. You’re just not to use Nandrolone with finasteride.
