Got new braces bands they gave me sores on my tounge on top of that dropped my phone on my face while doomscrolling braces went into my gum ok now banged my gum into a table at work all that in the span of 3 days my mouth is covered in canker sores this hurts so bad i put salt on it it burned hella now its a lil better im thinking should i put coke on my gums to numb it and do some to feel good and ignore this pain but lowk not in the mood for coke give me some remedies pls
