This happens with: (male and female) jbs, kids and even the elders.

So what's the reason guys are staring at you? If a girl stare at you for long time or look at you couple of times, it can mean she finds you attractive. You have your mask on, so they can only see your eyes (you say your eyes are normal) and your body. Either your body/posture/gait is weird or these guys want to kill you.
