I am not good at school however my predicted grades are good except for maths, so I have been revising maths everyday and the stress of my GCSE's (which are in 5 weeks) has been debilitating, I go to the gym most days and never skip any workouts and it helps relive the stress, however it only works for after I have been to the gym which is after 6pm usually, meaning I wake up everyday automatically stressed, I need help with this as my penis has stoped getting hard and I am losing my appetite

You will manage stress better as you get older

Just have to think about the summer after the exams are done (y)

Hey nigga, i have my gcses soon (iGCSES but same thing)

You should really just focus on studying, if you havent been studying recently (like me) then go over everything (youi should buy savemyexams) and then just do past paper past paper past paper

What grades are you aiming for?

Should probably go to the gym like 1-2 times a week now, exams are cclosing in

I am aiming for a grade 4 on everything especially maths, but for maths you need like 50 marks per paper and I just think that that is to much

if your plan is to do a levels which you should so you can properly lock in later when its important, just aim for 5s on everything and then go to a shit sixth form and you can still learn it on your own

I gotcha bro,

Supps wise for stress
NAC (N-acetyl-cysteline) (essential)
L- Theanine (essential
Ashwaganda (optional)

Health & Focus / memory

Magnesium (L-threonate ideally, L glycinate too, your in the UK so I would recommend the Nutrition geeks Mag3in1, check Amazon)
Alpha GPC (Ideal
CDP-Choline (optional)

Vit D3 +K2, B vitamins, 3-5 grams of some type fish oil sup daily. Magnesium dosed before bed ideally btw now that I think of it for better quality sleep, can be used in morning alongside ADHD meds if you take them to extend the focus, avoid vitamin C supps day time as they act against stimulants and will reduce the effectiveness, if there's other basic supps like zinc etc you wanna take go for it, but remember that less is more and when working to improve your stress levels, you need to prioritise a systematic approach rather than focusing in on one vector.

Also DONT BE TRAINING EVERY DAY YOU VOLGOOBER, MENTZER WAS RIGHT AND YOU NEW GENS NEED TO LEARN TO TRAIN LESS AND RECOVER BETTER!

sincerely,
unc

Going for 999 in bio chem physics, 8/9 in maths 8 for cs, 7,7 for history and maths and a 6 in elang

GCSE's were relaxing asl the only downside for me was that i stopped playing fortnite to study
