I am LDARing so hard

i am a groundedcel and have been LDAR for the past 2 weeks. I should be out slaying. This is a genuine question does anybody have any tips for controlling drinking. Like damn I swear once I start drinking I can’t stop until I blackout and then I end up getting grounded. My friends all get fucked up but to a point where it isn’t unsafe. I blackout on the side of the road. How do I fix this.
