yeah As I've spent the first 17 years just studying as well, I've barely done shit in my life

I get you. but 17 years is just a fraction of your life. try new things and focus on personal growth. do everything you can to be happy, so you can realize your life isn’t that bad, especially after all the tough things you’ve been through.

it’s completely okay that you dont know how right now. the fact that youre even open to changing is already a good first step. since youre dealing with bipolar, dont pressure yourself to fix everything at once, it can be hard. maybe just start with one tiny thing a day, like new routine that will help you?

do u still feel/look young or do u look old. That age is such a weird place to be, I see alot of dudes mogging hard and looking really youthful at that age and alot of other dudes looking old asf and shit at that age

I'm still young looking but i feel old as a person like i'm 4 years away from being 30 its nuts to me

It’s best to start slowly get your body use to being outside and getting to know people, it seems hard coz it lowk will be but the moment you get use to it’s your chillin coz you’re meant to be active
