Spine plates open until 20's seems like a dumb meme. If most people have open spine growth plates until 18-25 or some shit, then why don't most people's spine continue growing until that age? You don't magically stop naturally producing HGH at 16 and need to start taking some bunk growth hormone secretagogue to restore it and grow again
