So I started my weight lose journey 1 year ago it worked but didint pushed me that much i am still very ugly idk what to do i am very lost started gym 4 month ago I have 0 progresion i dont understand a fucking diet and I want to idk how to improve i rly need help I never had a girlfriend never had friends I look horible is it there still a change to get to lmtn?

If you wanna have real fast muscle gains without fucking up your body you should research sarms.
 
you should target a physique with some muscle. a good physique that fits for you would be @Clavicular 's physique
 
you don’t look bad bro and ur 180cm which is taller than most people in ur area all you need to do know is build up a decent physique. Look up science based lifting exercises on tiktok and make a split that fits in with your availability train to failure in the 6-8 rep range. As of now I am running fullbody 3x a week but if you have extra days you could run an upper lower or something of that sort. Don’t worry too much bro you look good. Have a good one ❤️

the problem is you look like a cuck, heres a list of things to do:
-Improve posture (roll your shoulders back, keep chin up and neck/spine straight)
-Train neck
-Train body (neck is priority)
-get cleaner haircut (shave neck more often)
-make sure your voice sounds clear and direct, not squeely and unsure
-Dont masturbate
-Dont watch porn
-Eat way more chewy food (like meat)
-improve skin (dont eat slop or sugar, sleep better (have 9+ hours dedicated to sleep))
-hygienemax (shave, make sure your bedsheets are clean, ventilate room when you feel the air becoming greasy/smelly)
Once youve done all this you can start holding friendly conversations with women to get more comfortable in their precense, once youre comfortable you can start going to clubs and get drunk to slay or other spaces where you expect to meet good women for long term relations.
