There is so much psychological trauma and confusing emotions that I can’t come to terms with or express

At the end of the day I am desperate to be loved and needed by others because I grew up invisible and outcast

I am also desperate to do something in life to show the world I am here and I am worth something, but I have no idea what to do in life and I have no abilities

I feel like a ghost trapped in a world I never found peace in
