U could use some antioxidants and antiinflamatories as those help fight the aging steroids produce but you do not see. Just don't use too many antioxidants as that ends up having the opposite effect.

But honestly i think the skin aging on gear is vastly overstated.

I suspect its mostly just bloating, acne, overgrowth, hairloss, masculinization, and over tanning that make roiders look so old rather than genuine biological aging and collagen + elastin breakdown of the dermis
