Guys I'm depressed lately. I need to know if these are true or false to better analyse and pinpoint my situation: Are incels and me depressed because we are not getting sex? If so, if we were to be asexual would we stop being depressed at all?
Another important question arising in me is: why am I still depressed if I coom everyday (same feeling as a guy coming after sex, we both feel tired and basically SPERM is released)? Also I don't know man I feel so bad I swear. Plz don't say inject t or other stuff cos I wont

It's because as a man, you crave attention and validation from women, you need them to feel like you exist and you're not just an invisible robot in the big machine that is society.

As a kid, you craved the attention and validation of your parents, then when you reached puberty, you started craving the attention and validation of girls, and it has never stopped since then. And no, incels do not want just sex, the whole idea of looksmaxxing and becoming more attractive comes from the need to be valued as a human being after years in seclusion being rejected by women for being too ugly.

It's only the lying media who claims that incels just want sex, if it was really the case, then there wouldn't have been guys like Elliot Rodger or Alec Minassian who killed tons of innocent people because they would have paid for hookers instead, but they didn't because they wanted to be loved, to be cared for and validated by the opposite sex, they didn't just want to have sex. It depends on your looks level, if you're gymmaxed with a good jawline and no really bad failos, you can get some decent success, an ethnic guy that I know who is from Egypt who is 6 foot 2 with a muscular ripped body and a thick neck gets 99+ likes on tinder and enough matches to get laid easily, here is a photo of him.

FALSE. Gym takes 3 years of serious training. I know how to get there in 3 years and in 3 weeks I will have my home gym ready to start training in the middle of COVID19 so the pandemic won't fuck up my progress. Also, in only 1 year there will be a big difference in how I look, most guys here who have gymmaxxed only have the equivalent of 1 year of serious training achieved, most never get to their true potential because they don't know how. However, I've been gymcelling since 2016 (except that i took a 1 year break in 2019), I know what works and what doesn't better than anyone, I even coached a close friend of mine back in 2016 and he became the strongest and biggest guy at his gym thanks to me. I'll post progress pics in my own looksmaxxing progress thread in 1 year.
