It's just not worth it. You get so much stress for nothing. I'll probably still be high inhib, stupid, non-NT whatever but it's better to be a piece of shit than a rotting corpse. Rotting is not going to bring back the past it's just going to lower you even further. I need to stop lowering my self esteem and just take accountability for any fuck ups and accept myself.
