Get a mass gainer or something. You need to drink all your calories basically. Eat a lot of peanut butter, honey too. Just eat a shit ton of unhealthy food as well tbh. Main priority should be gaining weight, nothing else. Regardless of how you do it.

when you go vegan, you don't become malnourished, it's those who go on calorie deficits at the same time as being vegan which causes shit to go down. keep coping but here's just one example of a completely vegan athlete:

edit: eating processed foods and meat is part of almost everyone's daily diet so i'll let it be but i'm just trying to say that veganism is a really good alternative if you want a healthy lifestyle devoid of all disease.
