Proportionally yes but u realise by the way allens rule works, that colder environments favour bigger overall organisms
Like imagine a single cube of these, it would have a 6:1 surface area to volume ratio
compare that to the first cube in the illustration which is the same but made up of 8 minicubes
it has a 3:1 surface area to volume ratio which is favourable in colder environments by allens rule
like these red foxes from north and south populations
second one has longer limbs proportionally but the first, cold adapted one, is still larger and taller and longer
