You can handle it it causes stomach issues tho and keeps u drunker for alot longer the ehtyl will also if ur iso is mehtylated it will cause u to go blind if u dont drink ethyl alc

I looked it up and acetone is apparently less toxic compared to acetaldehyde which is the byproduct of regular ethanol. It probably has to do with the lower overdose threshold. Since acetone is less toxic, I'm wondering if perhaps the hangovers are less severe, too.

Haha thanks, I had problems with chem too cause in my opinion it was so damn kafkaesque in school with the way they taught it. They would give you these ridiculous experiments and make you write lab reports on them, you'd like mix sugar and water and then write a meticulous 2 page essay on what your hypothesis was, the observation, theory, etc. If you were sick one day you'd still have to do the damn experiment with teacher supervision on off hours even if the result of what would happen is obvious.

It got more fun later when I started getting into drug chemistry as an hobby. There's this really cool guy called Hamilton Morris, a doctor candidate in pharmacology who is also quite a talented journalist, and he made a lot of journalism for Vice on (sometimes quite obscure) drugs with this scientific orientation that really appealed to me. He would make videos on psychedelic HIV medication and crazy shit.
