not to mention thats from a week and a half ago but i quit the gym in july and stopped eating in october

Your frame will be good if you add muscle.
I don't think so. Just really fast metabolism, everyone in my family is tall and skinny. I would attribute a portion of it to my consistent nicotine and caffeine use. I've not had breakfast or lunch for 2 days in a row now, which is quite normal for me.

your arms are just small conpared to mine we have the same torso besides my bone structure giving me a narrow rib cage. my bones in my arms are just dense from past weight training

Our bodyfat doesn't differ all that much. You're as vascular as I am from the looks of it, and this image in particular hides my true skinniness. If I take one tomorrow with the sunlight in my room my serratus anterior is extremely visible, as are my veins, bones, joints, etc...

tbf i dont fit in any tshirts. a medium is too big, a large is wayyuy too big, and a small is too small the mirror was just glazing me

Same. Even those thin cut shirts where the sleeves are supposed to hug your biceps look like a double XL on me.

Big frame is a curse tbh. I struggle to fit in any clothes due to large frame and muscle mass only one in 8 tops etc actually fits me and because I have a Mogger tier trunk neck that normies literally train for by default shit like Shirts never fit me unless I spend 80 quid and upwards and I’m a poverty cel so it’s over for me.

Even blazers don’t fit me cos of my shoulders and end up usually being longer than my arms basically made for lanklets and cos I’m not tall it’s over for me in about 180Cm
