yeah it's old if u keep the same habits as u did when u were a teenager like eating junk food, doomscrolling tiktok and playing video games for 10 hours a day. if u incorporate good habits like eating right, working a job, getting sunlight, talking to people and exercising then you'll be young. what i just mentioned is the adult world and if u keep living like a kid or a teenager, of course you'll feel old. you are stuck at level 100 in the age of teenagers, whereas you could be at level 1 in the adult world.
