I used to take it with some milk, sometimes milk and stevia now i just drink it plain. It is more of an appetite supressant so i dont want to add extra stuff. What about you??

I usually just take it with a splash of milk to make it that golden brown sort of colour but every once in a while ill add a teaspoon of sugar but thats only on occasion.
