I am one of the only people I encounter who's unable to contain their laughter at drunk people acting erraticly in public

Yesterday I was waiting around in a seating area and there was a drunk African guy singing and stumbling around and mumbling nonsense to himself and occasionally trying to engage with others.
In situations like these over the years I always have a grin I struggle to hide while I hold back my laughter and occasionally will straight out laugh at the drunken behavior. Possibly because it reminds me of the good times that I have been in such a carefree mode.
When I look around I always see other people who are aware of the drunken fool looking dead serious or unimpressed by his antics

I was alert yesterday because around blax never relax
Since I had my back to him I was watching his relfection in a reflective surface in front of me but it got to the point where he was both getting too close to me and I couldn't control my laughter so had to move
