My facial bone structure is very recessed. Lefort I isn't enough for me I need LeFort III. And I need money for my future surgery plans.

White girls are simply not worth it, trust me! I had several white girlfriends, and they weren't anything special, a submissive Asian woman would be ideal as a wife or LTR.

Do you have any pics of you when u were lean or as a kid that at least showed potential of a good jaw ?

Go get lean and if u see no improvement and you still look equally subhuman THEN thats when i would advice surgery

My midface is bad. I don't think I can avoid LeFort III.

I think I would be decent if I had good forward growth, but my bone structure is very recessed so it's actually depressing.

My chin and jaw are very bad as you can see from my profile. My face is so recessed that even at 10% bf I believe I would most likely still a mess. LeFort 3 is the most legit surgery for me because it can advance my cheekbones, my maxilla, and my orbital rims.

My eye area is similar to @Yoyome99's. Basically I'm thinking a medial epicanthoplasty, a lateral canthoplasty, and a brow ridge implant for my eye area. Maybe lower eyelid work to tighter my lower eyelids.
 
To me you look just like the other 2 billion asians.
