I saw this thing where you can train your body to sleep on command over a period of time. Pretty much what you do is set a time you will go to bed, and a time you will wake up. They should be 5 hours apart for example 2 am and 7 am. You cant even touch your bed until it hits that time and then you dont do anything but lay there till you fall asleep. It will be hell for the first couple days but of you can stay on the schedule for a couple weeks your body will know to fall asleep the second you touch the bed. Once you achieve this state you can add 30 min of sleep each week untill you are at the desired ammount.

I will update and see if it works, ideally, I want to be able to make myself sleep on command whenever I want so that I can work harder and be more efficient.
