To anyone reading this struggling with sleep I was struggling in the same boat.

If you want to fix this all you need to do is start actively thinking about your breathing as your laying down in bed closing your eyes.

Hopefully as you manually breathe you start to get shortness of breathe and your chest starts tightening. This should make it more difficult to fall asleep. Anytime your in bed just keep thinking about this over and over and eventually it will become a habit whether you like it or not. I really hope your sleep worsens because of this, thanks for reading. :feelsuhh:
