Are you a tyrannical tiger? Do you get so mad that you dominate other men by pulling down their pants and putting your mouth on their weiners? Do you force other men into submission by making them put their weiners up your butt?

I Punch Myself in the Face to Get My Anger Out

fight club office GIF

I used to hit walls (sometimes still do, but rarely now because I have my face) and other things, but I was causing too much damage around the house (I'm 16, so I obviously still live with my parents). Now my self-face-punching has come back for the first time since 2nd grade. Pillows don't work because I need to feel pain in order to calm down. I've been on every medication imaginable and my Dr is just on the verge of telling me to go fuck myself.

Also, I have (fairly mild) Aspergers, which my Dr says is 100% a contributing cause to my anger. Anger also runs in my family. Both my grandpa's, my great uncle, my mom, and my dad have severe anger issues.
I really don't know what else to do. I don't really know why I posted this except to vent, but while I'm here, does anyone have any tips for calming down?
(FYI, deep breaths, meditation, all that stuff doesn't work and never has)
I feel like I'm completely out of options. I don't feel like I can live like this (and no, that is not a suicide threat, though I have had suicidal thoughts when I've gotten at my angriest). I've been feeling dizzy the last several days after punching myself really hard and I feel like I'm on the verge of another concussion, which my MD said could kill me. Anyone, please leave any tips you can. Thank you.
