I am really scared of travelling to another country for surgery. But i have not other option

In my country bimax is way to expensive (40k) and i coulnd not find any good blackpilled surgeon. So that means i would need to travel to italy/germany or russia.
The fact to get into a flight to one of these unknown countries, and let myself set und under general anesthesia for a brutal barbaric surgery. It just makes me panic tbh. Why must this looksmax/surgery journey be so fucking hard A girl can just go to the next best local surgeon and let him pump a silicon implant under their tits, and walk outside of the office the same day, with 2 x the smv.

Brother, hire someone from that country who speaks both languages or you could even hire a nurse to take care of you for the first few days. It is the most sensible thing you can do if you are going to have this huge invasive surgery.

It can be confronting at first, but it's not that bad. I've flown to Turkey completely alone to have plastic surgery, and it was fine.

Do your research and select a doctor and medical team that you have absolute confidence in - confidence that their cosmetic style aligns to your aesthetic goals, and confidence in their medical and surgical capabilities. Research the doctor, check their qualifications, and check their board certifications.

Also, if you can, choose to spend the night at the hospital following your operation - just in case. Usually cosmetic surgery is performed in private hospitals, so they are quite high-end and you usually will have your own private room. It's also comforting to know that there's nurses and doctors on hand, immediately following your surgery for the next 24 hours.

Chose to say in a luxurious hotel or an apartment with cooking facilities. It's imperative to have a nice place to rest whilst recovering from your surgery.

I can't comment on the other two countries, but Italy has been rated by the World Health Organisation as having one of the best healthcare systems in all of the world, many times over. Plus Italians are quite hospitable, and will look after you. You could also hire an international translator to accompany you to your consultation, so that you can adequately express exactly what you want to achieve with this surgery.

It's honestly not that bad, I'm sure you'll be fine!
(Obviously take that with a grain of salt, since things can go wrong and there's always a risk with any surgical procedure - whether it's in your home country, or abroad).
