Im not sure. He just told me my facial third and facial fifths outside of my nose are on point. A alar base reduction and more projected nose with less bulbous tip would suit me well. Theres a guy Dr Yoo who specializes in these kind of rhinoplasty in the U.S he's in beverely hills I think but he is too expensive.

I forgit to mention. Some of these wuro surgeons don’t speak English well so it’s better to hire a translator. Dr. Pagnoni is an exception he speaks good English, but most others don’t.
