im 25. I guess it improves after 2 months and continues to improve over time.

I dont really think it has much of on effect, but my life is so driven by strength, weight training, fighting, punching and i try so many test supps that i really doubt it will matter. If the apocalypse happens ill have no more testosterone vitamins(shilajiit and fadogia aggrestis) and ill have no more tretinoin either, and the impact of having to build fires and hunt wild animals will have me stronger then ever anyway.

right now I'm coping with glycolic acid

3 months maybe 6 and you'll get a clean skin if you don't have severe acne scars

If you fear tret is too strong to start with, start with The Ordinary's retinoids and retinols which have ingredients in them that specifically tame the effects of purging and skin renewal (such as having tasmanian pepperberry which reduces skin redness).

After using those for 3-6 months and graduating ultimately to the 1% retinol in squalane (costs only 8 bucks), switch to a prescription 0.025% tretinoin.

After your skin becomes accustomed to that, then 0,05%, and ultimately 0,1% about a year in.

Starting right away at 0,1% tret will probably make your skin peel off massively because it isn't used to retinoids that strong.
