I think i can fix the thin neck by doing a few exercises. My eye area is decent, eyes are not popping out at all.

But i still have at least 5 surgeries to undergo according to some users (which i do agree with, my ramus is at the highest peak of subhumanity). Where can i find more informations about the surgeries? Things are described on the internet only briefly and there's no useful information on pricings.
But isnt the gonial angle supposed to be 90 degrees? As far as i know, our ancestors had 90 degree or even smaller gonial angles (in the acute range) thanks to chewing raw food.
