I am severely unmotivated and dont wanna do anything

Literally nothing gets me excited except going to club on weekend, i need money but i really dont want to work at all. On weekdays i smoke cigarettes and eat what my mom cooked for me and sleep all day or watch youtube. When im horny i jerk off. These days even youtube isnt fun at all. Literally nothing gets me going. Often i wake up and get impressed how depressed i feel like and how crazy literally i dont want to do nothing. And it drives me crazy that i cant be excited by literally nothing.
Something is definitely wrong with me.

Most likely it will be related to that but idk how to fix it. And idk even if i want to fix it.
