I have lived the isolated rotter lifestyle for 18 years and I feel it finally starting to take it's toll. Not that it hasn't already fucked me for life but nigga I am becoming more braindead every day. I can't even describe it, because of the aforementioned fact that I am becoming braindead, but it is a surreal feeling. Crazy shit

You need to do something to stimulate your mind you're literally causing yourself brain damage by being socially isolated.

My reward system is fried beyond repair so I cannot be motivated to do anything internally. There needs to be some type of external driver (deadline or consequence for not doing said thing or some shit like that). And it needs to be a pretty severe one at that. I am powerless to change!!!

I think I have Avoidant Personality Disorder tbh. I cannot seek help or a diagnosis because of the whole avoidance aspect and that shit is incurable anyways. Life never began
