yeah i feel the same sometimes
but it's passing feeling, you just have to distract yourself and do something you're passionate about or were passionate about. rewatching old shows or movies also help to feel nostalgic but relieved at the same time

ive been like that for years and getting sometimes progressively worse or better. never fully got rid of it. the only thing that ive seen helping is being around people. it makes me forget everything
