Let's get back to your thread, this often happens to me in phases when I'm not feeling well mentally. I wake up at night and am scared to death that someone wants to kill me and I'll be punished by God himself or some fucked up shit like that jfl. I've never been to a therapist, I don't hear any voices or anything like that. I think I have anxiety disorders
