I was depressed my whole life. Still very prone to depressive episodes. It never goes away. Only possibility is there's a physiological cause in your body causing high inflammation and chronic stress.

It is over, not even smothering by a woman with big thighs will save me

Me too. I’m laying in bed afraid and in deep despair. I’m thinking of either playing a video game or watching Blade Runner 2049. Which should I do?

It CAN help. But if you're legit depressed your brain will start negative thought cycles about her too, "she doesn't really love me she's giving me this ass so she can use me for other things".

I fear this would be the case if I ever ascended

@kjsbdfiusdf what do you suggest to fight chronic inflammation and stress? Have you heard of the thermo diet?

It is my case jfl. Ask @OOGABOOGA I literally told my girl that I don't love her two weeks ago. Because I'm depressed I get these thoughts that she doesn't really love me and I doubt everything

It's difficult to unlearn low self-esteem and cynicism from developmental years

Also I was sold Dianabol instead of anavar so my estrogen was through the roof for a long time

Same here. Everything in this thread is so relatable. It’s over for us. No matter what happens we’ll always be abused dogs because of our past and mind :feelscry:

It was developed by Christopher Walker from umzu. It's based on Raymond Peat's research
