My boss is a rare mix of understanding,
supportive, and assertive when needed. He gives me honest, constructive advice even if it's sometimes direcf abd rude like when he suggested I work on my accent or not take pictures with Naveen for professional reasons. He includes me in important meetings, trusts me with responsibilities.
Outside of work he's friendly and approachable never making the work hierarchy feel like a barrier. He often checks in on me and encourages me even when I doubt myself, and is the kind of person I can talk to about things beyond just the job In many ways he feels like a mentor or even a father figure tbh. He even allowed me to take this week off when I felt a burnout
