I have no sleep problems at all now. I sleeplike a babay throught the night and wake up refreshed and energized for the day. Fully rested.

Me last year

my best technique for falling asleep is imagining shit, this used to just keep me up but my brain is so rotted now that I end up slipping into my subconscious within minutes

Low dose Mirtazapine but use sparingly you can get dependent on them but I get insanely good sleep on it.

Other than super rare times I haven't slept straight though since age 16 and I'm in my 20s now. Bad sleep is brutal and yesterday I only had 4h sleep and even that short bit wasn't continuous. Couldn't get back to sleep after the 4h amount today and feel horrid

Mirtazapine+Routine+Melatonin+black out curtains, no blue light after 9 pm and comfortable mattress helped me a lot

Good for you. Unfortunately in my case melatonin doesn't do shit and even higher end drugs like diazapam stopped being effective

I suggest seeing a doctor if it's serious tbh. Bad sleep is disastrous for your health, mental well being etc. I thought sleep was overrated too until I started having periods of insomnia last year. I genuinely half dead everyday

Well I have nasal issues and will hopefully be getting a corrective surgery in the future which likely will help sleep some since my nose is probably causing sleep apnea even with breathe right strips for sleep. But there's more factors that make my sleep bad than just that which are not in my control. Still, any improvement would help. It's just incredibly frustrating to wake up during the sleep and then have to struggle to fall back asleep, or not even get back to sleep

A few weeks ago, my sleep schedule was so fucking horrendous that I was going to bed at 8 AM and waking up at 6 PM

Then just a few days later, I started going to sleep even later, around 2 PM, and waking up at 10 PM. My bedtime kept getting pushed further and further until it eventually settled in as 10-11 PM
