I am so scared i might have kleinfelters

I think to most common symptom is small penis and im a grower so it is small but its not small when hard so idk
Also i might be too young for alot of the symptoms
I have low muscle tone but I aint weak
I cant grow a beard but I can/am growing lots of body hair
Idk
Im worried
It would explain my subhuman frame
