I am so upset with my decension and constant OCD thoughts pls give me advice will I be ok?

Basically in April 2024 I said on a video with my face in it ‘you dirty f***ing n***a (n-word) this guy used it to threat me or make a joke out of it in August 2024. Therefore, I was stressed about it CONSTANTLY for 8 months straight - I live in the Uk and am scared of the video coming out.

However, things took a turn for the best, I was rated hhtn-mhtn average on here previously and really was looking beautiful during the summer I forgot about it (Chad move) and started to mog HARDDD.


But, the stress from this video even though he last brang it up a year+ ago has decended me down to lmtn not even joking (like i was before during the video stress). Seeing as it came back in September at the start of the school year to haunt me - subken eyebags purplish tint, bloated face, some acne which I never had before making me suicidal man and so angry against this 5’6 cuck who has been the source behind my panic attacks which is worsened due to school stress.

Its really bothering me even though he doesn’t go to my school or knows anyone there its ruining my life man i said that shi when i was 15 i am 17 now holy.

Look into Jungian Psychology, understanding how the ego works and how mental complexes form under his system helped alleviate me of my OCD symptoms.
