Bruh just maingain. High protein at maintenance calories will increase muscularity. But in the end just do what you feel ost comfortable with 🙂.

yeah i have no school this year and almost no interactions with people because corona so leanbulk doesnt hurt i just want to have a nice body next year

Eat high in protein around 1,5 x (insert weight in kg) = ... grams of protein a day. Calculate your maintaince calorie intake here: https://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/macronutcal.htm

Add 300-500 calories and go to the gym doing heavy lifting. Try not to do too much cardio max 30-60minute cardio is acceptable.

Keep track of your macros using the myfitnesspal app.

Count kcal. Go to gym and weight yourself inc. Muscle mass and fat mass (not accurate). If you gain muscle and not a lot of fat keep the same amount of kcal. If you lose fat and muscle eat more. If you gain alot of fat eat less kcal. You should also gain strength so use an app like jefit to track progress.

Train 3-5 times a week. Push, pull, legs.

Sleep by 11pm through 8-9am.

Eat 1 gram of protein per LB of body weight. Backload carbs.

Take 5 grams of creatine ED. And coffee before lifting.

Don't forget neck training.

Weigh your self regularly and adjust after that. Not really complicated.

You don't want to do roids as a beginner jfl. Just train hard and eat a lot and you'll bulk up easily. Roids are for after you've achieved your natural limit

Yes, except 99.999% of people take roids BEFORE they even train for a long time natty.
Natty limit is achievable in around 6-7 years.

i just dont have alot of muscles atm just leanbulking now i have no school this year and almost no interactions with people because corona so being a little bit bloated again is alright
