There's no point to bulk when you aren't lean enough. You still have love handles, bitch tits and your abs aren't as pronounced. Cut hard, then slowly (don't bulk) eat while maintaining healthy diet. When you hit your goal weight, 1-2 weeks lean bulk, then cut. Repeat until you're satisfied then maintain.
