that dude is pushing 40 and is low t af. When lean bulking you want to be able to bulk for a year without getting overly fat, this means the "1 pound a week is ideal" is not gonna work here. In the first year with proper training you can expect to gain anything from 20 to 30 lbs of muscle, so whats the point of gaining 50? just go with around 0.5 lbs a week and you should be fine. Looking at your pictures you seem to be around 15% body fat can't see legs or back so i'll have to estimate very roughly. Which means that you'll be kinda on the chubbier side by the end of the bulk, which is a pain in the ass, what i'd go for personally is either just maintenance and lift, which will get you leaner and bigger (but at a slower pace obviosly) But you'll remain lean year round, you don't want a chubby face do you? Or just cut down to like 12% first then lean bulk you'll maybe end up at 17% bodyfat which is more acceptable than like 18%-20%. Thats my advice take it or leave it, at the end of the day do what ever THE FUCK YOU WANNA DO!bulking without roids is a meme

Only work chest/back abs/lumbar for the upper body. And then if you find out you're late on an arm muscle, then adapt your program and isolate it. Because if you ver have stronger limbs than your arms, isolating chest and back isn't easy.
thankss my man!! so you would say doing something different than push pull leggs 2 times a week?Only work chest/back abs/lumbar for the upper body. Focus on torso muscles. Your clavicles are wide so you may not even need to implement lateral elevation.
(working out the front of the shoulder (and a bit of the side with pushing exercise, while working out the back of the shoulderz and a little bit the side from pulling excercises will do the job for the lateral deltoid).
Focus on torso![]()
