i got tired of eating in a caloric deficit. even though my face was leaner than ever in the last 1 month, this low carb lifestyle is physically impossible to keep up

i wanted to switch to bulk only the next month but i binged on monday aswell as today so i decided this day is officially the start of my bulk

i cant fucking wait to stuff myself with food multiple times a day, i dont even give a fuck about being bloated

STARTING FROM TOMORROW I WILL BE EATING IN A SURPLUS, 6 HEALTHY MEALS A DAY THAT ADDS UP TO 150G+ PROTEIN ALONG WITH A DOSE OF 15MG RAD-140 EVERYDAY

once i get somewhat big, i will indeed start a new cut (this time my cut will actually make sense) and i shall have a decent body by mid-2021

If you can’t bare the low carb hunger then try addy Ritalin of modafinil they all decrease hunger in vast amounts

addy ritty too expensive but im gonna keep modafinil in mind when i need it

though my beta 2 receptors are fried at this point from using ephedrine+clen jfl
i dose either and my appetite stays the exact same

i got a decent gym machine at home plus some weights, im just gonna mess around them until my arms are sore + do some calisthenics at the end

might sound silly that i dont have a workout plan, but diet really is everything when it comes to gaining muscle (building mass is even possible with only body weight workouts with no equipment)

Nah just do maintenance for a bit, then restart the cut but don't do low carb. Just drink a lot of water and limit salt and do fasting when going out for less bloat

how much time have you been on your low carb diet? any changes?
 
me 2 I got from 79 to 83 from rotting. Now I will get 75 kg and tier skinny twink before I gymmax with muscle memory
