Facial fat transfer done

Going to be getting trimax (already in braces with surgery date scheduled)

Dermatologist treatments such as filler and laser for my scars are planned (not surgeries but still hardmaxxes). Eventually going to do a phenol peel as the last step.

Just 1 year to ascend is too little time if you take the recovery time into account. Worst case you can try geomaxxing post surgery when reaching 30
