I am too dark for a caucasian

I literally have ppl make fun of me for how dark I look. I am like a dark-skinned Yemeni or Berber in that regard. Ive been told by everyone from my own mother that my skin is too dark like a black persons. When I get hurt or bruised you cannot see it. Girls have told me I should get makeup.

Fucking hate it

Especially because I dont live in the West and my society is v colourist

How to lighten skin tone without making it look strange the way bleaching does?

You probably shouldn't bother with bleaching. If you're not white you'll just look uncanny

I guess it's all relative man, maybe ur location is wrong.

I am considered too dark in Asia, even south of like 20th parallel, where more than half the people are darker than me, and I'm prob considered too dark in north Africa or Israel, but I wouldn't be considered too dark in Pakistan or Iran or Afghanistan or Sudan or Ghana or Guatemala.
