Every guy I know that does well at physics would 0-effort ace every other subject. A lot of studies like architecture, biomedical sciences, medschool, etc. are considered 'easymode' compared to physics as they require no real problem-solving skills or abstract thinking skills. Just memorization and reproduction only.
