I am trying to healthy maxx. Need some advice on cooking steak

So I’m on day 4 of OMAD diet, bought some vegetable stuff and a flat iron steak. Also have been lifting for the past several days. My question is, is steak best cooked on flat iron, or in the oven? Like which method improves testosterone the most. Or does It not matter.
 
flat iron and eat it as rare as possible to preserve the nutrients

a well done steak = it's done there's nothing good left

eat raw because heating evaporates some particles of steak

this is a stupid diet

just eat whole and minimally processed foods, sleep enough at night and fast longer occasionally.

steak is easy to cook but if it stresses you out, then just sear it on the stove and then finish in oven to your liking.

I’m over weight rn bro+ OMAD helped me lose like 35 pounds back in September
the goal is to lose weight and keep it off and have a good life not just lose a little bit and then gain it again when you get tired of your "diet"

but do it if u want just dont be surprised when u want to quit.

The less cooked = harder to digest and harsher on the gut . Guthealth is king so not recommended

if you have good gut health you can eat raw meat or eggs that contain salmonella and you will be fine, you wont get good gut health if you are nutrient deficient

in modern day most ppl dont have great gut health so raw meat isn't advised. Raw eggs are good tho they're super easy to digest. You do need nutrients but just eat organ meats n shit- even if u cook it there's plenty of nutrients
