I am unable too pin test ???

I feel very ashamed writing this, but 50% my test always gets stuck in the syringe i have to pull back way further then i actually want to take, and today something came back out of my shoulder ( very little ) is the needle the problem or am i sub 70iq ??

if you want to draw back for example 20units, pull bakcj the syringe to 20 units and wait until test comes down then pin and leave the syringe in for 10 seconds, what gauge do you use ?

23 to pull 27 to pin i love pinning but everything around putting the needle in is so fucking annoying
