Yes, it is true.
Before it, my family, was eating all kinds of meat (we cooked it). After that, my father was getting into vegeterianism/veganism, then my mom, then my grandparents and eventually ME. The reasons were quite persuasive at that time:
- increased heart diseases
- increased cholesterol in blood
- Animal are caged 24/7 by the global meat producers, leaving them under bad conditions to eat them
- moral reasons
Since then I haven't asked any questions, my mom is in general intelligent when it comes to something analatical. But I really don't know right now..
In recent time I was reading a lot of threads about nutrition, watching mainstreamed goatis and FaceIQ talking about this topic. Also it was quite shocking for me that vegetables are unhealthy, since they contain a lot of oxidiants that drain all the resources from your gut (+ extra puffiness, which I experience (or im just coping cuz of baby fat))
Yeah, I think buying meat is still unhealthy (I am in germany), especially in supermarkets. I have a good source for raw milk (maybe even a goat's one), and I'm planning to eat eggs to somehow increase nutrition in my body.
Tell me if I am right or wrong, there is so much information from both sides.
I am underdeveloped (recessed in other words), my bonemass is mid, height is 5'9-5'10. I am 16 years old.

They are getting injected with antibiotics to keep them somehow healthy, big doses of growth hormone to get the most meat out of it, very low amount of vitamin D and iron in the body
- moral reasons
