This doesn’t get mentioned often on forums like this understandably, since we’re all caught up in the looksmaxxingconstantly nitpicking flaws, and often overlooking the most valuable asset we have our health.

So I just want to take a moment to acknowledge and genuinely be grateful for something I rarely think about how incredibly fortunate I am when it comes to my health.

I have no family history or genetic predisposition to diabetes, high blood pressure or heart disease. I’m not dealing with obesity, and I’ve never had to worry about male pattern baldness. I've never suffered from any chronic or serious illnesses in all my 20 years. My immune system is solid. I rarely fall sick, and when I do without
I am good within a few days of rest without the help pf drugs. I even survived the pandemic without thr vaccine. Never got covid even though my neighbor did. I was raised on good nutritious food and never faced deficiencies growing up. No lactose intolerance no nut allergies nothing that forces me to be extra careful about what I eat.

I can drink alcohol without any major side effects tolerate a wide variety of foods digest milk just fine eat peanuts, I’m slightly overweight but I can fix that with some effort.

I was also always fairly active as a kid and teenager running around, playing sports, outdoors often. My joints, bones, and endurance are all in good shape. No knee problems no back issues, no scoliosis or shit like that. I used to wear glasses but after LASIK I have 0 vision issues. My kidneys are also functioning properly. My cardiovascular health is also great. I can run for miles without any problem.

In a world where so many people struggle with autoimmune issues, chronic fatigue, digestive problems, constant inflammation, or lifelong prescriptions just to feel "normal" this is something I shouldn’t take for granted. And neither should anyone else who can relate to this.

Vanity aside, if your body functions properly, pain-free, and without daily struggle that’s a win most people don’t realize they already have.

Same, I can't even recall the last time I got sick since I rarely get sick and it;s been so long.

That said it is a different story entirely that I somehow manage to call in sick every other week.

That’s good. It’s funny, I worked in a restaurant for a short while, and I always noticed that those with allergies had weak jaws and thin necks.

Wonder if there’s some sort of correlation.

Blood shot eyes is a bit of issue tho. My eyes are red with all nerve endings showing. People used to get scared. I had to wear sun glasses everywhere to hide them. Keep that in mind if you are getting it also get contoura vision. Rhe recovery is much better on contoura

This is a bit more civilized version of Judas' "Í HAVE 0 STRESS IN MY LIFE. I WILL LIVE MY REMAINING 100 YEARS IN COMPLETE PEACE, IN ABSENCE OF ANY DISASES. IN NEAR-INHUMAN HEALTH."
