When im anxiously awaiting Something i get nervous And i worry. I dont Like that i am that way. So how to stay cool?

On a Sidenote a whore worker Just knocked on my door and asked If i can Work a Bit. I Said No she was then ironic how i have so much to do, tried to manipulate me etc.
